The past couple weeks have been rough. I learned a few things about myself and the first is that I don't do surgery well and never want to have another again(but I know that's not gonna work). The only thing that has pulled me through is Mr. piggy, my family and my hobby. Having the progressive challenges to work on have kept me busy and thank goodness. So this is my progressive challenge card for the challenge at From the Heart. If you don't know Faith's artwork you are missing out. Check her out here:
This is so exciting Simply B Stamps and East Winds have joined for a super fun filled event. They have each drawn a Creepymas image that they are selling for a dollar. If you would like to Join the fun let me know and will send you an invitation. Here is my card with Betty's image.
I have been sick all week long and tonight is the first time I have really felt up to doing anything but sleep. So I decided to join the challenge to use the exclusive image I got for joining the 2 Cute stamp club. For 5.00 I got 7 digis! Who can beat that? And Heidi is such a talented artist. So with out further ado here is one of the exclusive digis I got this month.
She has been entered in the challenge for just exclusive images and this cutie was entered in the fall challenge on the 2 Cute Facebook page.
Anyone up for some Zombie fun? Betty( you all know Betty) is hosting a zombie challenge in anticipation of The Walking Dead Premiere tonight. This was Rio book worm zombie and she was free today just for playing along.... So come on and join
I love coloring this next image from Vudu teens what she has on sale until 8 PM tonight the whole bundle for only $10. The smoke was so much fun to color for me and I decided not to go tradition and do you multicolored and I think it turned out really good. You can find the bundle here: http://simplybstamps.net/item_3422/Voodoo-Teens-Bundle-Digis.htm
I love Faith's creative art work and that I have a chance to get a free image every month. That is why I participate in her progressive challenge. At first this image looked a little scary to me but once o got started I had so much fun. I like to keep things simple and use the art work as a focal point with most of my cards. So here is the CAS card I made for the September image:
Boy does Betty have a great release today for you. The team has been busy coloring and making some great cards with Betty's wonderful art work. I encourage you to join the Simply B Stamps Facebook page to check it all out.
I am in Long Beach Washington enjoying a long weekend with my husband cruising around in the 34 ford that he built, watching for other cool cars(which there are a lot of) eating some good food, doing a little shopping and of course coloring to keep up with the 100 days of Halloween with very few supplies and came up with this card for the anything goes challenge. I am kinda proud of my self for keeping up and making a card that I like. Hope you enjoy my card and thanks for looking.
I am honored to be asked to be a guest on Betty's design team with her brand-new release Voodoo Teens. I have chosen to color Madam Betty and Dr. Jude. They were both so so much fun! I wish I had time to color and make cards out of all of them. Check them out at
Betty has given us some tough challenges, but this has been the hardest. I had to turn one of her absorbable images in to a scary clown. I like the way it turned out, but I did pretty much copy the face of the image she showed us. Thanks for looking and be sure to check out the rest of the fab images others are doing in her face book group. Also check out her fabee blog. It is a great resource of lots of fun stuff.
I participate in a progressive challenge on the blog of From the Heart... I love her art work and this little hedgie is no exception. I am also participating in little yellow daisy index card a day challenge which is set up to encourage you to part art as a daily part of your life... I am loving participation of other people who display their awesome art on her Facebook page. Thanks for looking, Sharon
